We’d like to share some of the lovely things we see in our garden and around Somerset.
We are but custodians endeavouring to nurture our garden as an organic wildlife friendly space.
Over the last few years we’ve planted a small orchard with a focus on cider apple varieties beneficial for us and wildlife!
We also hope to share some of our tips, tricks, triumphs and disasters.
Kate loves dabbling with watercolours - painting nature, particularly birds. Mark loves playing the piano and making sourdough bread.
We both love the whole process of making cider from nurturing specially chosen trees to harvesting, processing and drinking the resulting effervescent golden nectar - usually clear on a good year, otherwise (as per last year) on the cloudy side!
